Google Search Console is an online rank tracking service that can be accessed and used for free. Formerly called Webmaster Tools, it’s built to give website operators and owners a way to monitor key data about their search traffic.
To set up a Google Search Console account, one simply has to enter their website’s domain into the “Welcome” page of the Google Search Console Website. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to use the website’s help pages to learn about the services offered by the tool, including fixing indexing errors, checking for a Google recrawl, and showing which other websites link back to the website owner’s site.
